CHAIRMAN/CEO

As the founder, chairman, and CEO of Fernandez Holdings, Kirk Fernandez leads the FHI team in finding and developing new businesses to bring into the FHI family of companies that are in line with the firm’s objectives.  He also works with senior management at the portfolio companies to develop growth strategies, uncover new opportunities, and leverage synergies among other Fernandez Holdings companies. 

Mr. Fernandez started Solutionz Conferencing in 2001.  Solutionz quickly became one of the leading video communications companies in United States.  From this success, Mr. Fernandez expanded into other businesses and ultimately began consolidating these companies under the Fernandez Holdings banner, where he continues to expand and add well-run, profitable businesses to the portfolio.

Mr. Fernandez graduated from Pepperdine University with a BS in Business Administration.

 

PRESIDENT

Jeremy Johnson is the primary driver of investment activity at Fernandez Holdings, focused on discovering new businesses to add to the FHI portfolio as well as managing the acquisition process.  Post-closing, Mr. Johnson works with portfolio companies to uncover areas for profitability improvement and identify incremental growth opportunities.  

Mr. Johnson  served as an adviser for Fernandez Holdings acquisitions prior to joining the firm in a full-time capacity.  Mr. Johnson also managed Sony’s exclusive video conferencing distribution company, overseeing operations and marketing.  During this time he played an active role in growing the business and preparing it for sale to a strategic acquirer. 

Mr. Johnson earned a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
