United Ag & Turf was formed by bringing together four well-run dealership groups in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas:  Coufal-Prater Equipment, Brazos Valley Equipment, Pettit Machinery, and Ag-Power’s Texas locations. The additions of Mustang Equipment, Fish & Still Equipment, Austin Turf & Tractor and Quality Implement Co. have further strengthened United’s presence and broadened the company’s offerings in the region.

UAT has also expanded into the Northeastern United States, acquiring 146 Supply, Blackmount Equipment, Farmington Valley Equipment, Hammond Tractor Company, The Hudson River Tractor Company, L.F. Trottier & Sons, Mountain View Equipment, Nashua Outdoor Power, North Country Tractor, Padula Brothers, Stanton Equipment, Allpower Equipment, Tom’s Lawn & Garden Equipment, Harvest Equipment, Theriault Equipment, Chief Equipment and DH Marvin & Son, with locations in New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
